To ensure accuracy and fairness, cameras will monitor every race this season, while assisted timing devices will be used to reduce human error.
The measures to improve the competition were introduced at a pre-season orientation clinic at Rowe Park, Yaba, where specialists trained coaches, officials, and stakeholders on updated World Aquatics regulations. According to League Coordinator, Oluseyi Oyebode, refreshing the competition each season is vital to its success. The league plans to expand beyond Lagos, with Abuja and the South West identified as future destinations.
