Solomon Adeola, the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in Ogun State, has promised that his administration will prioritize infrastructure development if elected. He made this pledge at the inauguration of the Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area Zonal Community Development Committee town hall. The Zonal CDC chairman, Adeleke Gboyega, praised the construction of the town hall as a demonstration of leadership through character, commitment, and consistency. He highlighted the challenges faced during the construction, including land ownership issues, rising building material costs, and inadequate funds. Gboyega emphasized that the project's completion is a testament to effective leadership.

The Commissioner for Community Development and Cooperatives, Ademola Balogun, commended the committee for completing the project, describing it as evidence of the members' vision and commitment to communal development. Balogun noted that the multipurpose hall will provide a venue for community programs and social activities that can contribute to the economic development of the local government and beyond.
